Pre-event follow-up to email invitations sent to around 200 legal and accounting firms for the purposes of securing confirmations of attendance for the clients seminar on trusts and the implications of regulations such as FATCA and CRS. Post event calling to gather feedback and any actions.

Approach:
G2M called the list of invitees as part of the client’s marketing team and introduced the seminar topic and speaker with a view to securing a booking at the event. G2M were able to book attendees directly into EventBrite and resend invitations where required.
Results:
The team were targeted with securing 10 attendees at this bespoke seminar event in London. We were able to exceed expectations with 19 confirmed attendees. G2M were also able to gather positive feedback from the seminar and passed on any specific actions to the client’s in house marketing team.
