Holding of workshops with senior partners to review the existing solutions portfolio and to drive out the Value Propositions and Unique Selling Points each of these key solutions. Definition of sales channel strategy including partners and direct sales campaigns to take the propositions to market.
Deliverables included identification of 3 key solutions for go to market plan and included campaign plans (incorporating target markets, accounts and prospects, USP’s, key benefits, pain points being solved, campaign operations and waves) G2M were retained to produce PowerPoint materials, Website Copy, Case Studies and Brochures to support these key solutions as well as the Outsource Business Development Services to execute on these plans.
