G2M worked with the clients key directors and facilitated workshops focusing on value proposition and Unique Selling Points (USP’s), Firm Core Values, Pain Points (being solved for customers), Key Product Features, Competitors, recent win/loss review. The workshops also entailed a proposition review consisting of demo and presentation from the team, which was benchmarked and feedback provide on criteria such as quality of materials, clarity of message, benchmark against market.
